Who I am

I´m a Non Formal Education Specialist with knowledge and experience supporting volunteer programs, designing and facilitating workshops on leadership, gender equity, intercultural learning and project design. Also a global and digital citizen with a growth mindset.

Critical, creative and flexible thinking

I like to explore situations applying a creative and critical thinking mindset, always looking for ways to undestand different perspectives, trying to innovate and do things out side of the box.

Digital Literacy

I apply photo-visual skills to design materials, learning resources and content. I like to use and explore different tools and softwers to provide interactive and engaging learning experiences.

Teamwork within intercultural teams

Knowledge and experience working with people from different cultural backgrounds. I have experienced living and working abroad.

Experience supporting Volunteer Programs

I´m passionate about volunteerism, I undestand the value and importance of volunteerism in the world. I have worked supporting volunteer programs for more than 6 years at Peace Corps and I'm a volunteer with the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS).

Planning, design and facilitation of learning experiences

I´m a NFE Specialist, I like to create Relevant, Exciting, Accessible, Learner-Led (REAL) experiences applying different educational theories and methods (Adults learning, constructivism, e-learning, cultural learning)

Monitoring and evaluation skills

I have use different tools and methods to collect information and analyze data about events and projects. Open to give and recive feedback to make improvements when needed.
